There are many talented people in the world who are unable to define what they want to do with their life. A test battery of career testing in conjunction with attitude and value testing can be very helpful. The idea with career testing is to compare your interests with people who are already successful in their careers. Are you people oriented? Human services occupations may be right for you! Are you “things oriented”? Then perhaps computers and technology are right for you. UCI Women’s Center, Cal State Fullerton at last check offered free career testing. Don’t waste your talents. Everyone is unique and has great things to offer those in need. Career testing and vocational counseling are a great place to start in response to the frequently heard remark..”I don’t know what I want to do?” We can all make a difference in the world. Obtain an assessment of your interests as well as attitudes and values. It’s a step you will never regret! For those already in college, a faculty adviser is a great place to start!..As they say @ USC where I was on faculty, “FIGHT ON!!!!”
