To provide forensic neuropsychological and clinical assessment in matters of workplace and employment issues, personal injury, criminal, physical and psychological trauma. Firm foundations of the science utilized relating to criminal, family law, civil matters and personal injury. Professional presentation of scientific data to fact finders and juries. Procedure is initial consultation provided to counsel to define nature and scope of problem. Application of findings to referral issues. After initial consultation, a plan for the evaluation, psychological and cognitive testing is presented.
General procedure is for referral source to provide all medical and educational relevant records. Third party information relevant to referral issues is quiet helpful in conjunction with evaluation approach of using multiple data sources. This approach can contribute greatly to reliability and validity of the forensic assessment.
