Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, Michael J. Perrotti, PhD
I have been a practicing psychologist in California for 27 years. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware; Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Delaware; Master of Science degree in applied psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University; attended Ph.D. program at New School for Social Research in New York Ph.D. Program, Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from United States International University.

Special Honors
I was vice president of the National Honor Society in Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University Chapter. I was on the Dean's List at the University of Delaware.
Faculty Appointments
I was appointed as an assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California (2005-2006). I taught psychological profiling and crime scene analysis at the University of California Irvine, Irvine California.
Appointments To Regulatory Boards
I was appointed as an expert witness to the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Enforcement Division, of the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners.
Government Appointments
I was appointed as a government expert for the Office of Hearings and Appeals for the Social Security Administration, as well as the Department of Health & Human Services. In this position, I am an expert who evaluates disputed disability matters for the Government.
Media Consulting
I have been asked to serve as an expert consultant to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Number 35 and Vanished.
Recent Symposia Lecturer Invitation
I was recently invited to give a lecture for the continuing legal education program on the assessment of sexual molestation to the Minor's Counsel Section of Orange County Superior Court, Orange California.
Special Expertise
I am part of a cadre of psychologists assisting the San Bernardino Juvenile Court with the establishment of risk factors and protocols for the evaluation of juvenile sex offenders.
Community Service
I am a member of the Orange County Sheriff's Reserve, Professional Services Division.
US Government Consultation
I assist with the matters involving the advisory council of the US Department of Homeland Security.
